I’m a Cuban expat based in Madrid.

For the past 10+ years I’ve been managing distributed systems and automating myself out of the job as much as possible. Or put in another way, reducing risks withouth hindering engineering agility. You can call me a System Administrator, DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (why so many names?).

I’ve also made some modest free software contributions, most notably:

• G Suite domains support for DeltaChat.
• packaging of thc-ipv6 for Debian.
• chroot connection and ec2_group module for ansible.
• Build error fix for TVMaster TM5600 linux driver (why?).
